In order to resolve any incident that might arise with the device, MILESMAN supplies the distributors in each country with the means needed to repair the devices in a brief period of time.

This consists of covering any device incident in a comprehensive, unique wayIt is only applicable in some countries in the MILESMAN distribution network.

As part of the company’s philosophy, this service meets all our clients’ needs , by offeringpost-sale service*:

  1. breakdown hotlinewhere you can report the incident.
  2. If the breakdown cannot be resolved by the engineer or technician via telephone, the device is collected in a specially protected container and immediately sent to our central workshops.
  3. Depot Service: The client receives a back-up device while their device is being repaired. In this way, the client is not obligated to change their everyday pace of business and can continue to offer their patients outstanding service.
  4. Clients will receive their device repaired within a short period of time, along with a detailed report on what technical actions were taken.
