GUARANTEE

Milesman offers a 1-year guarantee.* During this period, our equipment is totally covered in the event of a breakdown or flaw.

Clients may also access our direct customer service phone line, and speak with engineers and qualified technicians who will assist them in finding solutions to any problem that might arise.
In some countries, clients receive replacement equipment during their coverage, in the event of a problem. This allows our clients to follow their usual work pace and continue offering their best service to their patients.

COVERAGE EXTENSION

Although our equipment is extremely stable, prolonged use and/or motion can sometimes provoke disturbances or breakdowns. We recommend that you subscribe to our extended coverage, which solves and covers this type of incident.
We also recommend that you consider maintenance costs before you purchase any laser equipment.
Milesman offers extended coverage contracts,* when original warrantees have expired. Our maintenance contract is among the most inexpensive ones on the laser market, considering all the innovating technological characteristics our equipment offers.

IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO/DELIVERY OF REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT

In keeping with our company philosophy of satisfying all of our clients’ needs, we offer a unique and complete after-sales service, which covers any equipment incident that might occur, applicable in certain Milesman distribution networks only*.

  • Phone troubleshooting service, giving you immediate access to a technician.
  • If the problem cannot be solved by an engineer or a technician over the phone, your equipment is packed in a special protective wrapping and immediately shipped to one of our central plants.
  • Immediate access to replacement equipment: Clients receive replacement equipment while their device is being serviced. This allows our clients to follow their usual work pace and continue offering their best service to their patients.
  • Repaired devices are quickly shipped back to clients, with a detailed report of rendered technical services.

This is a UNIQUE service, allowing for shorter waiting times in the event of breakdowns, with no changes to user activity.
